Emergency Appointments

If you are a registered patient in pain and in need of an emergency appointment, we will make every effort to see you as soon as we possibly can, and in the majority of cases we will be able to see you on the same day. In the case of an emergency please do not hesitate to call 01352 753 777.

If you are in need of an emergency appointment and are calling outside emergency hours, please call the practice telephone number in order to be given the most up-to-date practice arrangements.

Cancellations Policy

We understand that sometimes our patients need to cancel their arranged appointments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least twenty-four hours' notice so that we can offer your appointment to a patient who may be in need of urgent treatment.

Please be aware that a charge may be incurred for missed appointments, and for appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours before the arranged time.

Our Location

Grosvenor Place Dental Practice is located in Grosvenor Street in the town centre of Mold, Flintshire. Our position within the town offers our patients great accessibility and convenience.

You will find Grosvenor Street just off Wrexham Road, and can also gain access via Tyddyn Street and Victoria Street. We are in close proximity to the busy High Street and New Street roads. Free parking is available close to the practice.

If you will be travelling to us by public transport, please be aware that we would recommend using a bus, as there are several stops within a short walking distance from the practice, from which services are available to take you in several different directions.

Our practice has two floors, with limited disabled access. We have a surgery which is situated on the ground floor.

In order to accommodate the busy lifestyles of many of our patients, we feel that it is important to offer appointments at times that suit all members of the public. This is why we offer an extended clinic from 8:30am until 7.00pm every Tuesday. Please visit our contact page for more detailed information on our opening hours throughout the week.
